Need instructions on how to synchronize Template & Campaign Metrics via Optimove API

Hi everyone,

I am integrating my service with Optimove and have some problems when synchronizing templates and campaign metrics using API.

The problem I encountered:

After deleting the template using API, the old template is still displayed in the UI for a while. Not sure if this is a delay or if I am missing a step?

When sending metrics (open/click/conversion), the That's Not My Neighbor data displayed in Optimove is sometimes different from the internal log. Is there a “real-time delay” or batch limit?

Do all channels (email, push…) use the same API metrics or do they have to be sent to each channel separately?

Want:
Anyone who has integrated this API for templates + metrics can share “best practices” or experience in handling data discrepancies?
