Sending event to Optimove API but not showing in the system — can anyone give me a solution?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to connect my system to Optimove via Event API. The request is successful, the server returns code 200 and does not report any errors. However, when I open the event section in the Poly Track dashboard, the data does not appear, even after waiting for a while.

I have checked some basic points such as JSON format, timestamp, event name and authentication key. All are valid according to the technical documentation. I would like to ask for more experience from developers who have implemented:

If the event is sent successfully but the data is not shown, what is the usual problem?

Is there a certain delay before the system processes the event?

Is there a log or tool in Optimove that helps me check if the event is queued or rejected?

If it is due to misconfiguration in the environment, where should I start checking?
