Conditional Execution endpoints — clearer parameters, responses, and error handling

We've expanded the documentation for the two Scheduled Conditional Execution (SCCE) endpoints to make request and response behavior explicit and reduce integration errors:

• Processed Campaign Customers — added Response Fields and Error Responses tables, documented the top and skip pagination parameters, and refreshed the samples.
• Update Customer Promotion Status — added Request Fields and Error Responses tables and refreshed the samples.

If you integrate with Conditional Execution, please review these pages and align your consumers accordingly — in particular the documented error responses (such as an expired execution window) and, for Processed Campaign Customers, the top/skip pagination behavior.
