SMS Unsubscribes API V2 now available

V2 of the SMS Unsubscribes API is now available with refreshed request and response shapes, including explicit support for partial-success batch responses. Start with Add Unsubscribes (V2) and Delete Unsubscribes (V2).
V1 endpoints will be deprecated on 1 January 2027 and decommissioned on 1 July 2027. Migrate to V2 before 1 July 2027 to avoid service disruption.
