Trouble Integrating Optimove API with Custom CRM – Need Help with Authentication

Hi everyone,
I’m currently trying to integrate Optimove’s API with our in-house CRM system, but I’ve been struggling with the authentication process. I’ve followed the documentation for generating the access token, but every time I send a request, I get an “unauthorized” error. I’ve double-checked the API key and client ID, but I’m still not sure what I might be missing.
Has anyone here successfully set up the Optimove API connection for automated data syncs? Do I need to whitelist my server’s IP or configure something specific in the Optimove dashboard first?
