I am trying to implement some automated email campaigns based on customer behavior Incredibox, using complex segmentation and trigger events in Optimove. However, I am facing some problems:
Difficult to measure the exact effectiveness when combining multiple triggers.
Not sure how to optimize A/B testing to properly assess the impact of each factor.
Want to apply predictive analytics but don't know how to implement it properly with existing workflows.
