3 days ago by Blair Matheson
Data Share now documents three schema generations side by side — V1.3, V1.5, and V1.6 — so you can adopt new views on your own schedule. Each dataset page has version tabs, and the Entity Relation Diagram has a version selector. V1.3 remains fully available (V1.4 was never released).
Highlights
- New shared engagement key. V1.6 adds
ENGAGEMENT_ID, a single consistent identifier for an engagement across the engagement views, plus new channel, send, and template identifiers. - Reliable incremental ingestion. V1.5 rebuilt Engagement Activity on a daily delta table, making
UPDATED_ATa dependable watermark. - Promotion and action fields. V1.5 added
PROMOTION_NAME/PROMOTION_CODEto Triggered Campaigns andACTION_SERIALto Targeted & Excluded Customers.
Breaking change (V1.6): primary keys changed on Targeted & Excluded Customers, Triggered - Engaged Customers, and Engagement Activity. If you're moving to V1.6, review your joins and dedup logic first. V1.6 is rolling out to Campaign Execution 2.0 clients automatically over the coming months — to get access sooner, contact your Customer Success Manager.
