OptiWeb Inbox is an Optimove channel for presenting personalised notification messages to a user when they visit your website.
Messages can be fetched, read, deleted etc. The API is designed to be used on page load, e.g., when a user logs into the website.
The easiest way to use this channel is with the 'out of the box' web inbox component - see Web Inbox Setup.
Alternatively, you can create your own inbox/notifications centre and consume this API directly.
