Create a simple promotion in one call

Creates a global promocode and an active promotion carrying it, in a single call. The promocode id is the literal code, so a code can only ever be created once per tenant. The promotion is created with an external reward and no tiers, budgets or reward constraints.

Responses

200Every promotion in an items request was created. The body is the per-row report.

201The single promotion sent as name and code was created. The body is the transaction response, unchanged from before this endpoint accepted items.

207Some promotions were created and some were not. The body carries one row per item: inspect status on each, and treat CODE_SPENT as not retryable. Callers that test only for a 2xx status will read this as a full success.

422No promotion was created. The body carries one row per item with the reason for each.
