Get Smart Campaign Preferences

Loads a single customer's smart-campaign topic preferences for a brand group, suitable for driving a view or editing experience. Only topics configured as Hide from UI for the brand group are returned; visible (channel-scoped) topics are omitted. Unlike Get Preferences, this endpoint is not scoped to communication channels.
