Creates a global promocode and an active promotion carrying it for every item, exactly as oneClick does for one. An item whose code is already taken fails on its own row while the other items are still created, so a request can succeed in part. Every promotion is reported on its own row. A request can carry at most 150 items and codes must be unique within the payload; larger or duplicated requests are rejected with 400 before anything is created.
