Business as Usual
Once the integration is live, ongoing collaboration is essential for maintaining smooth operations. This section details the expectations and processes for managing the integration in the business-as-usual (BAU) phase.
Integration Changes & Notifications
-
When Optimove Owns Development: If Optimove is responsible for the development, the partner must inform Optimove of any changes on the partner's side. All updates, such as new releases, new versions, or planned changes, must be communicated to
[email protected]
before they are rolled out. The partner should also maintain a changelog of any updates that could impact the integration. -
When the Partner Owns Development: If the partner owns the development, technical updates from Optimove can be found in Optimove's changelog. Partners can also subscribe to the RSS feed to stay current with all updates.
Data Updates & Maintenance
- Any changes or modifications to the data schema must be communicated in advance to prevent data discrepancies.
- The partner must notify Optimove of any new fields that need to be included in the batch data before the changes are rolled out.
Enhancements, Expansions, and Fixes
- Discussions about new use cases, feature enhancements, or expansions should be held proactively.
- If either Optimove or the partner identifies an opportunity for improvement, it should be raised for discussion.
- Fixes that are specific to a particular client should be managed directly with that client's team.
