Which version applies to you?
V1.6 is the latest generation (Campaign Execution 2.0). It's rolling out to Campaign Execution 2.0 clients automatically over the coming months — to get access sooner, contact your Customer Success Manager. V1.5 and V1.3 remain available for existing integrations. Older diagrams are kept here for reference; see the Versioning Policy and Changelog.

Color coding

Entities in every diagram are grouped by color:

🟢 Green — Customer Profiles
🟠 Orange — Scheduled campaigns
🔵 Blue — Triggered campaigns
🟣 Purple — Campaign engagement
🔴 Red — Transactions / purchases / games
